Downtown Development Authority
Overview
The Downtown Development Authority is a board of property owners, business owners and residents representing Downtown that can create and steer additional financial investment in Downtown Castle Rock. The DDA can finance many public improvements, including streetscape projects, sidewalks, street lighting, street furniture, public parks and plazas.
