Practicing outdoors adds a different dimension to one’s yoga practice. Yoga means “union” and when practiced outside, you can experience union with nature, humanity and the universe. Being outside deepens the yoga experience in many ways and helps you to focus awareness, breathe deeply and practice stillness.
Please join Inner Connections Yoga at the Amphitheater at Philip S. Miller Park Sundays to find deeper meaning to your yoga workout. Changes will be made to incorporate social distancing, and prior registration will be required in order to limit the number of attendees to abide by health guidelines.
