Fitness Fridays are held every Friday morning and are free to the community. Each week offers a different workout format utilizing the natural features of the Amphitheater at Philip S. Miller Park to provide a great workout in a beautiful, outdoor setting.
Practicing outdoors adds a different dimension to one’s yoga practice. Yoga means “union” and when practiced outside, you can experience union with nature, humanity and the universe. Being outside deepens the yoga experience in many ways and helps you to focus awareness, breathe deeply and practice stillness.
