Deputy Town Manager


The Deputy Town Manager's Office provides organization leadership linking employee performance to the organization’s strategic direction, helping all line departments in our full-service organization achieve their goals. We also work to resolve community concerns and head up customer service response tracking and reporting for the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Interacts with Council regarding issues, programs and projects
  • Leads interdepartmental and intergovernmental initiatives
  • Coordinates the Town’s response to major community incidents
  • Collaborates with finance on the annual budget and three-year balanced financial plan, as well as TABOR issues
  • Oversees the Healthy Living Team employee wellness program
  • Acts as the Town’s ADA coordinator
